Arsenal F.C. - The Invincibles

On 15th May 2004 Arsenal F.C. became “The Invincibles” team. That means winning league title without losing any game. Arsenal hold record till nowadays from May 2003 till October 2004 - 49 league games unbeaten. This month all Arsenal fans are reminding 20th anniversary of this achievement.

This is my way to remind it, to tribute players, manager and whole team staff.

My Idea refflects to the last match in 2003/04 season against Leicester City F.C. This match was last piece of the puzzle. Home win 2:1 secured title unbeaten. Arsenal dominated league and impressed whole world.

Played 38 games - 26 wins, 12 draws and 0 losts.

Now about my Idea. I built miniature of East stand tribune and main entrance to the Highbury stadium (former AFC stadium). Nowadays there are flats.

Behind openable side walls you can find box office (left side) and Arsenal’s dressing room (right side). I tried to make dressing room very accurate. You can find there table with fruit and drinks, board with tactics. In front, next to the box office, is typical table with match info. On the field is placed celebrating podium with main Arsenal squad stars.

Everybody got golden medal, Premier League trophy cup and unique golden trophy for “The Invincibles” team. (Medals and golden trophy included in Idea.)

I also included few fan flags which you can see nowadays at Emirates Stadium. Especially the yellow flag with league stats from season 2003/04.

With all 11 players and manager you will find 2999 pieces in this set.

Same as Arsène had a big dream about winning league without losing, I have also big dream about becoming Lego Ideas designer. Please help me with sharing and supporting my Idea.
