EVE Online is a popular online space mmo with some *fantastic* ship designs. The game itself has a huge number of dedicated subscribers.

This is a large model of a Minmatar Frigate called the Rifter. One online wiki has this to say about this ship: "The Rifter is a very powerful combat frigate and can easily tackle the best frigates out there. It has gone through many radical design phases since its inauguration during the Minmatar Rebellion. The Rifter has a wide variety of offensive capabilities, making it an unpredictable and deadly adversary."

I would love to see an official model of at least 4 EVE Online ships at a size that could make them minifig size and hopefully cost under $100. Or even a larger UCS one-off build of an iconic ship such as the Rifter. An online poll is underway now on the EVE Online ******** page to decide which 3 other ships could be built to complement the Rifter. So far the winners seem to be Gallente Incursus, Amarr Executioner, and Caldari Merlin. I will start building these very soon and hope that if this gets created LEGO will consider doing 4 ships instead of just one. If not, I will have to create additional projects.
